The proximity to beautiful beaches and local restaurants was a highlight.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with noticeable maintenance issues and an overall outdated feel.

The pool area offers a nice spot to relax, although it’s a bit small for the number of guests. The water park nearby promises some fun during the day, even though it requires a five-minute drive.
The reception setup is a bit disorganized, just a table and plastic chair in a messy room. The main door lock on our block was broken, making it feel unsafe. The furnishings, particularly the couch and beds, were quite uncomfortable, and we found hair under the couch upon moving it. Cleanliness was a significant issue. there were food stains on plates and sightings of small cockroaches in the bathroom. the air conditioning struggled to cool the space effectively, making for uncomfortable nights.

Ayia Napa vibes 🌊☀️
Man, that location was just proper! Right near the beach and close to everything, made our stay so lekker. Plus, the staff were legends about helping me find my black shirt I left behind. they got it back to me quicker than a flash! The whole vibe was just chill and relaxing.
Just a bit of noise from other rooms now and then, but it didn't really spoil the fun.

great location but needs some updates
The villa was in a fantastic location, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and local eateries. The pool area was well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day. I appreciated the serene garden view that added charm to our stay, making our mornings lovely. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which enhanced our overall experience.
The room furnishings felt quite dated and could use a refresh.

I stayed in a Studio with Sea View, and it was super comfy! The flat was spacious, and I loved the beautiful balcony right by the sea. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and I really appreciated how clean everything was, especially the pool and garden area. Just a heads up, I could hear a bit of noise from the other rooms at night, but it didn’t ruin my stay. Plus, the service when I forgot my shirt was top-notch!

Staying in a Studio with Sea View was a dream come true for any bike rider. The location was absolutely perfect, with beautiful beaches just a short ride away, making it easy for us to explore the stunning coastline. The nearby supermarket made stocking up on snacks for our rides a breeze, and the relaxing atmosphere of our apartment allowed us to unwind after a day spent cycling in the warm sun. The staff’s responsiveness when I accidentally left my favorite shirt behind was a highlight of my stay, showcasing their commitment to customer service.
I found the Wi-Fi to be a bit slow when I needed to plan my next route.

I was really impressed by how quickly they helped me recover my favorite black shirt I left behind. The relaxing outdoor pool and garden area were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. One small thing, the furniture could use a bit of an update, but it didn’t take away from my overall great experience! 🌊

Awesome spacious getaway
The villa was super spacious! It was a breeze walking to nearby beaches and restaurants. The pool was just lovely and so clean – we even got to take a dip after dark. Only thing, Wi-Fi could’ve been faster, but we didn’t mind too much. Enjoyed a nice breakfast at a cute cafe nearby.

The two-bedroom apartment I stayed in had a nice amount of space, offering a bit of freedom for my family. Plus, the water park nearby was a fun way to spend the day, despite some limitations.
But let’s be real—this place has seen better days. The furniture and appliances felt outdated, with some items like the air conditioning barely managing to cool the room. I found a few cleanliness issues, including hair under the couch and food stains on dishes. The entrance was off-putting with a makeshift reception setup that didn’t inspire confidence, and a broken door lock left me feeling uneasy. the presence of small cockroaches was not exactly a welcoming sight. All in all, it might be spacious, but comfort and cleanliness need serious attention.
